Project 2: Designing with Architecture Principles + Materiality
In groups of 3 to 4 people, students are tasked to use architectural principle(s) from the first assignment to generate and craft an Introspective Architectural FOlly that has spatial experience, with a maximum volume of 125mᶟ. Students are to explore conceptual and operational procedures to produce a significant gesture of architectural space(s).
Reflection
In this assignment, I realized the struggle of creating a design idea in a group. Since everyone is different and has different preferences, there will always be conflict in ideas and we have to find a common ground in order to proceed with the development of a design. From this project, I learned how to compromise with other people and also contribute suggestions to develop the idea.
